How do your fees work?

Our fees are fixed and fully transparent, exactly as displayed on our website. There are no surprises, no commissions, and no percentage-based charges. You always know in advance exactly what you are paying for.

What’s included in your fee? And what isn’t?

Each service package clearly lists what is included, so you know exactly what legal work you will receive. Our fees cover all legal services within the chosen scope, from document review and due diligence to representation and coordination with all parties involved.

External costs, such as government fees, taxes, or third-party expenses like notary or registry fees, are not included. These costs are always explained to you clearly and in advance before any commitment is made.

How is your fee structure different from traditional law firms?

Instead of unpredictable hourly billing or percentage-based fees that vary by lawyer, we offer transparent, fixed-price packages. Our fees reflect the senior expertise of our specialised team and our commitment to a seamless, premium experience. You gain absolute budget certainty while receiving top-tier legal protection for your investment.

Do you charge success fees or commissions?

No. We are independent lawyers, not real estate agents. We do not charge success fees or commissions, and we do not receive payments from sellers, agents, or developers. We work exclusively for you, the buyer.

How do I pay? Do you accept international transfers or card payments?

Payments are made via bank transfer, and we provide full payment details once your service is confirmed. For certain services, such as legal consultations, online card payment may also be available through our secure booking system.

Are there hidden costs or disbursements I should expect?

No. There are no hidden costs. Any additional disbursements, such as government fees, property taxes, or notary expenses, are explained clearly in advance so you always have full visibility over the total cost.

Do you offer refunds if the property turns out to have problems?

If our legal checks identify issues that make a purchase unsafe, our work protects you from committing to a problematic property. Legal fees for services already performed are not refundable, but avoiding a risky or invalid transaction typically saves far more than the cost of the legal review.

Can I upgrade from a consultation to a full buyer package later?

Yes. If you begin with a consultation and later decide to proceed with a buyer package, the consultation fee is deducted from the package price. This allows you to upgrade seamlessly, without paying twice.
