Founded in Thessaloniki in 2004 by Eleftheria Leptokaridou, HereGreece! was shaped by a simple observation. International clients need more than standard legal services. They need guidance from someone who understands both the Greek legal system and the expectations, concerns, and decision-making culture of clients abroad.
As a lawyer admitted to the bar associations of Thessaloniki and Berlin, Eleftheria brings together deep local knowledge and an international legal mindset. This combination remains at the core of how HereGreece! works today.

From a Local Practice to an International Legal Partner
As client needs evolved, so did the practice. In 2015, an office in Berlin was opened to support cross-border legal work and provide international clients with an accessible point of contact in central Europe. In 2025, a new office in Athens strengthened the firm’s presence at the centre of the Greek property market.

A Legal Career Built Around International Clients
Eleftheria A. Leptokaridou is a lawyer with more than twenty years of experience in Greek property law and cross-border legal work. Her work has always focused on one core objective: helping international buyers navigate Greek property transactions with clarity, legal certainty, and confidence.
Admitted to the bar associations of Thessaloniki and Berlin, she combines deep knowledge of Greek property law with an international legal mindset. This dual qualification allows her to advise clients with a level of precision shaped by experience in two legal systems, particularly when contracts, due diligence, and property rights are involved.
Her academic background reflects the same international orientation. She studied law at the Democritus University of Thrace, continued her legal education at Humboldt University in Berlin, and earned a Master of Laws from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. She later completed an Executive MBA and a Master’s degree in Madrid, strengthening her understanding of complex, cross-border legal environments.
Over the years, Eleftheria has seen first-hand how difficult it can be for non-Greek clients to deal with unfamiliar laws, administrative procedures, and language barriers. This experience shaped her approach to legal practice and led to the creation of HereGreece!, a service designed to replace uncertainty with structure, clear guidance, and full legal protection.
Today, she divides her time between Berlin, Thessaloniki, and Athens, remaining closely involved in each case and ensuring that international clients receive consistent, lawyer-led support wherever they are based.
