Completing the purchase is not the end of the legal journey. This section explains what happens after your property is registered, how we support you with post-completion steps, and how you can access further legal assistance when needed.

While HereGreece! focuses on buyer services, you continue to have access to experienced legal support through our broader legal practice whenever additional matters arise.

What happens after the purchase is complete?

Once the property is officially registered in your name, we provide you with all final documentation, including the notarised purchase contract, land registry or cadastral certificates, and any related tax filings.

We also guide you on next steps such as property tax obligations, utilities, and actions required to maintain legal compliance in Greece.

Can you help transfer utilities or property tax registration?

Yes.

We can assist with transferring or activating utilities such as electricity and water, as well as registering the property correctly for tax purposes (E9). These steps can be handled on your behalf through a Power of Attorney, ensuring a smooth transition after completion.

Can I contact you for future property transactions?

Yes.

Many clients return to us for future purchases, additional legal reviews, or guidance related to their property in Greece. Whether your plans involve another transaction or a new legal question, you can contact us at any time for professional support.

Do you assist with selling property later on?

Yes, although this is handled outside the HereGreece! buyer service.

What if I need help resolving a dispute after buying?

Dispute resolution and litigation services are handled by Leptokaridou Law Firm and are not included in the buyer services packages. Because we are already familiar with your property and case history, we are well positioned to advise you efficiently and responsibly.
