What happens after I choose a service?
You receive a welcome message outlining the next steps. A member of our legal team introduces themselves, explains how the process will work, and guides you through providing the documents needed for your case. You are also informed about the expected timeline so you know what to expect.

What if I don’t have all the documents yet?
That is very common. We guide you through what is needed step by step and explain which documents are essential at the beginning and which can be provided later.

Can everything be handled remotely, or do I need to travel to Greece?
Everything can be handled remotely. With a power of attorney, we can represent you throughout the legal process, from property checks to final completion. Many clients complete their purchase without travelling to Greece.
How is your service different from that of a traditional real estate agency?
Real estate agencies focus on selling properties and may recommend lawyers who also work with sellers or developers, which can create conflicts of interest.
We are lawyers and work exclusively for the buyer. We do not sell properties and do not represent sellers. Our sole role is to protect your legal interests and ensure that every step of the process is safe, transparent, and properly handled.
Do you also help identify suitable properties?
We can support you at an early stage by reviewing opportunities and providing legal clarity before you proceed. Our primary focus is legal due diligence and the safety of the transaction, but we can assist with identifying suitable properties when this is part of your legal process.
How do you ensure transparency and protect my interests?
Our fees are fixed and clearly defined from the outset, so you always know what you are paying for. We act exclusively for the buyer and are independent from real estate agents and developers. Every legal step we take is aimed solely at protecting your interests.
Can I change or upgrade my service later?
Yes. If your needs change, you can upgrade to a more comprehensive service at any time. If you start with a consultation and later proceed with full legal support, the consultation fee is deducted from the price of the selected package.
