The languages in which we provide legal advice and documentation.
We provide legal services in English, German, Italian, and Greek.
Clients may communicate with us in any of these languages and may choose their preferred language for correspondence and documents prepared by us.
Official documents issued by third parties may be available only in the language of the issuing authority. Where required, a translation will be provided.
Documents prepared by us will follow the language preferred by the client.
If documents to be submitted by the client require an official or certified translation in order to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements, such translation may be necessary. We can assist in arranging official translations upon request; translation services are not included unless expressly agreed.
Dispute Resolution and Consumer Rights
How we handle complaints and whether we take part in consumer arbitration.
As a law firm, we provide regulated legal services that are subject to:
- strict professional and ethical rules,
- confidentiality obligations, and
- mandatory professional liability insurance.
Disputes relating to legal services are already governed by clear legal remedies, including court proceedings and professional oversight by the competent bar associations. For this reason, and in line with common practice among law firms, we do not participate in alternative consumer arbitration procedures.
This does not limit our commitment to resolving concerns professionally and transparently. Clients may, at all times, contact us directly to address any questions or issues regarding our services.
