How is the price determined?
The fee is based on the value of the property.
In legal and notarial work, higher-value transactions carry greater legal responsibility and risk, and often require more detailed analysis and verification.
For this reason, pricing is structured by property value, while the scope of work, deliverables, and level of legal care remain the same across all pricing levels.
Contract Review costs €800 for properties up to €60,000, €2,000 for properties between €60,000 and €150,000, and €4,000 for properties above €150,000, plus VAT.
VAT is charged at the 19% German rate, as all invoices and engagement contracts are issued by our office in Germany.
These are fixed fees with no hidden costs.
